How we work together to make every class count.

Individual classes

Joining and time management

  • Join class on time and state your full name when you enter the meeting.
  • Stick with the teacher and time slot assigned at registration.
  • Test your internet connection before class starts to avoid disruptions.
  • Attending the final exam is mandatory and cannot be rescheduled.
  • Classes missed without prior notice are not made up.

Behavior and focus during class

  • Stay focused for the full session and keep distractions out of your space.
  • Be patient and ask the teacher for clarification whenever you need it.
  • Engage actively and follow the teacher’s guidance during class.
  • Never attend a Zoom class while driving or moving around.
  • Stay seated in the same spot with your camera on so the teacher can see you.
  • Mute your microphone when not speaking, and dress appropriately for a learning setting.
  • Avoid keyboard noise during class — type in the chat if you need to communicate silently.
  • Do not leave the meeting or switch off your camera without letting the teacher know first.

Communication and interaction

  • A reliable internet connection is the student’s responsibility.
  • Use the WhatsApp group to receive class links and official announcements.
  • For questions or problems outside class hours, contact the support team directly.
  • Do not ask teachers for their personal phone number or email for off-platform contact.
  • Classes are recorded only for supervision and quality checks — never shared with anyone outside the institute.

Rights and policies

  • Tech support is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
  • Our standard response time on support tickets is 72 working hours.
  • Tech support is not responsible for missed calls or messages on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram outside working hours.
  • If something goes wrong, let the admin team know and we will find the best solution together.
  • Students may pause the course once during its full duration.
  • The institute selects the teacher who best fits your profile — students do not pick the teacher.
  • The assigned teacher may change based on availability; you may also request a change for a valid reason.
  • Classes missed by the student without notice are the student’s own responsibility.

Legal procedures

  • The institute reserves the right to take legal action against anyone who incites or shares defamatory content about Lougha on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram or Zoom.
  • For any complaint about staff conduct, write to the administration at contact@loughainstitute.com.

Group — Kids

Joining and time management

  • Arrive on time and confirm the child’s full name when joining the meeting.
  • Check the internet connection before every class.
  • Monthly assessments are mandatory and cannot be rescheduled.
  • The final exam is mandatory for every enrolled child.
  • Classes missed without prior notice are not made up.
  • Respect the weekly group schedule for the full duration of the course.

Behavior and focus during class

  • Stay focused for the full session and remove distractions from the study area.
  • Use the raise-hand button to participate and do not interrupt others.
  • Respect peers and the teacher; do not speak while someone else is speaking.
  • Be patient and ask the teacher politely whenever something is unclear.
  • Use polite language such as “please” and “thank you”.
  • Stay in a quiet space dedicated to study throughout the class.
  • Do not leave the meeting or switch off the camera without telling the teacher.
  • Keep the camera on and the microphone muted when not speaking.
  • Make sure the study space is clean and tidy before class starts.
  • Come prepared with the required books and materials.
  • Avoid typing on the keyboard during class — raise a hand to signal the teacher instead.
  • Wear appropriate, modest clothing during class.

Communication and interaction

  • Raise your hand before speaking, and listen carefully before answering.
  • For support, contact the institute via the official WhatsApp or phone line.
  • Do not ask the teacher for their personal phone number or email.
  • Parents are welcome to sit in, but should not interrupt the flow — feedback is shared after class.
  • The WhatsApp group is used only to receive class links and official announcements.
  • For any feedback or issue, talk to the admin team after class, not during it.

Rights and policies

  • If a problem arises, contact the admin team to look for a solution together.
  • A group change can be requested after attending at least 5 sessions, for a reasonable cause.
  • The first group change is free; any additional change involves an extra fee.
  • The institute selects the teacher; the assigned teacher may change depending on availability, and parents may also request a change.
  • Tech support is available from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a standard 72-hour response time.
  • If the teacher is absent, a make-up session is scheduled during or at the end of the course.
  • Groups with consistently low attendance may be merged with another group to protect learning quality.

Communication club

  • The institute sets the Communication Club schedule flexibly, and it may change during the term.
  • The club teacher may change during the term based on availability.
  • Missed Communication Club sessions are not made up.
  • The Communication Club is a free extra activity and is not counted in the tuition fees.

Legal procedures
