How we look after you, from the first message
- You message us on WhatsApp. Our assistant Mr.Bot answers in your language and books your level test.
- Level test. We find your level and your goal, and suggest the right programme.
- You start with your group. Live classes on Zoom; recordings and lessons in the Lougha app.
- Follow-up all the way. Communication Clubs for extra speaking, instant help if the app won't open at class time, and a team that follows every ticket until it is solved.
- Certificate and next level. At the end you get your certificate and continue to the next level without a new test.

Our students join from Casablanca, Rabat, SalΓ©, Marrakech, Tangier, Fes, Meknes, Agadir, El Jadida, Oujda and abroad. No evening commute: you start your class at home and rewatch it in the app whenever you want. Class times are Morocco time (GMT+0), and we help students abroad convert them.
Frequently asked questions
Where is Lougha Institute?
Our office is in El Jadida (Al Jazeera Mall, 4th floor). All classes are online, so you can study with us from any city in Morocco or from abroad.
How much do the English courses cost?
Group programmes start at 1,500 MAD for 6 months (English-Lik) and 2,500 MAD for 12 months. Private lessons start at 2,000 MAD for 10 hours.
When are the classes?
Group classes run Monday to Saturday between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM Morocco time, in 1h30 sessions. Private lessons are available from 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
Are classes recorded?
Yes. Every class appears in the Lougha app about 6 hours after it ends, 24 hours at most, together with the lesson documents.
Are the teachers native speakers?
We have certified Moroccan teachers and native speakers. The NFP programme is taught by a British or American teacher, and private lessons are available with a Moroccan or an American teacher.
Can I try before I enrol?
Yes. The level test is free and takes under 10 minutes, and you can book a trial lesson.
